General Rules, Legal Disclosure, Terms and Conditions:

 

This Agreement constitutes and expresses the whole agreement and understanding between the IGS and therefore the students of the IGS in regard to all matters herein mentioned , all previous discussions, promises, representations and understandings relative thereto, if any, had between the parties hereto, being herein merged. don't forget to read Imp. Announcements and News from www.igsinstitute.net/

Read these (below mentioned) details, rules, terms and conditions very carefully. IGS won't liable for any consequences / losses. Save these terms and conditions for your own reference.

On admission every student will receive Study Material if provided by instructor, Course Completion Certificate etc, consistent with course type and course mode as mentioned in below terms. Only Course Completion Certificate are going to be provided to Short term certificate courses.

Student pays course fee by any method like Online, debit card, credit card , Net Banking, wallets, emi etc… but If you're paying by DD or Cheque: The Demand Draft or Cheque must be drawn in favour of ‘Institute of Gemology & Holistic Sciences’
 

Any change in address, email id, telephone number , mobile number or in the other details must be told in advanced.

 

IGS reserves rights to change fee, course structure, content, or any of the terms or conditions described during this site/brochure all of sudden at any time and to deny enrolment to a person without explanation. Course syllabus displayed on website may vary from course to course or course type to course type, content may vary student to student. IGS is brief name for IGS Institute of Gemology & Holistic Sciences.

Courses which are conducted by other affiliates or faculty members not on Igs panel on Igsinstitute.net Online or offline platform don't adhere to IGS Institute in anyway. We don't take any responsibility for any shared information or material by them.

We may change these Charges and Terms & Conditions at any time, all of sudden .

There could also be some changes / updates in Rules, Regulations, Terms, Conditions, Fee Structures, Course Patterns, Syllabus, Login keys etc every 2-3 months or bi-annually so always visit website for updates / announcements and also check emails regularly. most activities are online and you'll get all updates online.

 

Please read all the principles , regulations, terms and conditions carefully (Before Application and Fee Payment ), to avoid any quite trouble or misunderstandings, at later stage any quite objections, requests or complaints won't be entertained in any situation. Violations of rules, terms & conditions; unacceptable arguments, inappropriate behavior; negligence to verify dates, submit assignment, any fee payment, updates, changes, announcements, checking emails regularly etc won't be tolerated in any circumstances.

Arbitration : All disputes regard to concerning or arising out of this agreement etc shall be settled by reference to arbitration only and not by recourse to the courts of law, as per the applicable Indian Law including the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996. An arbitration tribunal consisting of one member only shall conduct arbitration. The IGS’s nominee shall be the persona designate as an arbitrator. The venue of arbitration shall be Delhi, India. The article shall however not apply if the IGS and or the authorized agent plan to prosecute any student for any criminal offences, including but not limited to dishonor of post-dated cheques.

 

All Consultation Single Plans & Memberships

All consultation bookings are to be done online as per available slots only, no offline booking will be entertained. Also plan once taken will not be refunded in anyway even if you find the consultants services unworthy, However in some cases one more session can be provided with the same or different consultant. You can choose different consultants for your different sessions.

Please note no refunds whatsoever will be entertained once the consultation session has been taken by the user.

 

Return, Refund & Cancellation

Course fees and consultation once paid will be not be returned or refunded under any circumstances till there is cancellation from IGS institute. If some course or consultation slot has been cancelled from our side either refund or option to choose another timing will be available.

On cancellations or withdrawals, no payments are going to be refunded. Course Fee won't be transferred to a different course. No changes are going to be accepted in course name, course mode, course fee etc. Course materials can't be returned or changed etc.

The application fee for the course, and isn't refundable. we will only refund the appliance fee when a course applied for has been cancelled by IGS, the fee payment can't be transferred to a different course. Fee once paid isn't refundable or adjustable under any circumstances in future. Don’t pay any extra amount aside from the requisite fee. All payment are final so… no charge back or refunds. Fee mentioned in INR / Rs. is for Indian students only. Fee mentioned in USD is for International Students or Out of India Students. thanks to Special agreement with banks – Charge-backs, Transaction Disputes or Refunds etc not allowed in any condition.

Indemnity : A student agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the IGS harmless from and against any and every one loss, damage, liability and expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of any third party claim, action or proceeding based directly or indirectly on the acts of omission or commission by the member or his/her agents, the breach or alleged breach or failure to suits any applicable laws or regulations, concerning the practice of profession.

Limitation of Liability : The liability of the IGS towards the scholars is restricted only to the extent of the Enrollment Fees paid by them. To clarify further, the IGS shall not be susceptible to the scholars for fees paid by them to any franchise etc as tuition and other fees. The IGS shall also not be susceptible to the scholars for punitive, exemplary, special, indirect, or consequential damages, including without limitation, lost profits.

 

Applicable Law : The agreement shall be deemed to possess been made in Delhi, India and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with and therefore the validity and performance hereof shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delhi, India without regard to principles of conflict of laws thereof. Judicial proceedings regarding any matter arising under the terms of the Agreement shall be brought within the relevant courts of Delhi, India.

 

Jurisdiction for all disputes (if any) concerning the any courses is Delhi, India.

All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Delhi, India only.

The IGS reserves the proper to vary the curriculum, course structure and therefore the rules concerning admissions, fee structure and examinations. Details could also be modified from time to time for tutorial , regulatory and operational reasons. the scholars are going to be governed by the newest regulations applicable to them during the relevant batch / course.
